How much is Home Delivery?

Orders over $99 delivered free! All other orders deliver for a flat rate of $7.95.

How long does it take to get my order?

Most customers receive their orders in 1–2 days. Orders that require personalization may take longer to deliver.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or at a spot you designate.

How do I make a purchase?

Simply click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your cart! If you're not logged in, you will be asked to do so.

What is Auto Order?

Auto Order lets you schedule regular deliveries of your pet supplies, so you never run out of pet food or other essentials like toys and treats ever again. You can select Auto Order for both in-store pickup and home delivery.

How do I set up an Auto Order so I can receive a recurring delivery?

Just add your favorite items to your cart, proceed to checkout, select "Yes" to Autoship at checkout, and set your schedule.

What are the benefits of Auto Order?

After your first Auto Order discount, you’ll save an extra 5% on select brands for all future Auto Orders.

Is there a membership fee?

There's no membership fee, and you can cancel at any time.

How will I know when my Auto Order is on its way?

We'll send an email to remind you of your upcoming Auto Order orders as well as when your Auto Order order is processed.
